Customer Service Representative – Verviers (Contract)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Verviers on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requests are managed efficiently and their experience is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other departments to deliver excellent service and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customers and liaise with Sales on a daily basis
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide product or technical information with support from internal teams
• Work with Finance to address credit-related issues affecting shipments
• Keep customers updated on new products, policies, and regulatory changes

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proactive, autonomous, and improvement-driven
• Proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Hybrid model: up to 2 remote days per week after training

Contract details:

• Start: August 25, 2025
• End: December 31, 2025
• Location: Verviers
