Senior Accountant

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of accounting operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Ghent. This role combines hands-on financial management with leadership and process improvement responsibilities. Your responsibilities as a Senior Accountant : Lead and support the accounting team while liaising with external partners Ensure compliance with IFRS and BEGAAP standards and oversee financial reporting across multiple entities Drive month-end and year-end closing processes, treasury activities, and consolidation efforts Promote efficiency and accuracy through process improvements and effective use of ERP systems and analytical tools Support audits and statutory filings, maintaining high standards of financial integrity About you : You have solid experience as a senior accountant or financial controller, ideally in high-growth or listed environments You have knowledge of IFRS and BEGAAP, which is considered a strong advantage You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills You are fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication abilities The offer : Collaborative, multicultural team environment with room for growth ...
