Business Analyst

A leading international group is preparing for major transformation projects across their finance and operations landscape, with large-scale initiatives kicking off in late 2025 and into 2026. To support these changes, they are seeking a freelance Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with a strong mix of functional and technical expertise in Finance.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping to streamline processes, support internal teams, and contribute to key ERP and finance system developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the in-house finance team using Dynamics 365 F&O
• Troubleshoot operational finance issues, analyse root causes, and recommend solutions
• Lead testing efforts, track issues, and collaborate on resolutions
• Support data migration projects, including the integration of a SAP-based entity into D365
• Contribute to setting up new legal entities (e.g. in Finland), warehouses in Belgium, and various finance applications (indirect purchasing, e-invoicing, banking systems)

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in Finance
• Solid mix of functional and technical skills
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and Belgian VAT
• Hands-on, solution-driven approach with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred, French a plus
• Able to commit to 3 working days per week, with on-site presence in Arendonk

Start Date: 1st October 2025

Schedule: 3 days per week (2 onsite, 1 remote)

Location: Arendonk, Belgium
