AI and Machine Learning Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new AI and Machine Learning Engineer in our Automotive team.

As an AI and Machine Learning Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

We are selecting candidates for a project to develop an efficient, reliable, and trustworthy camera-based end-to-end driving system. You’ll collaborate directly with a small but highly motivated and experienced team and build on our state-of-the-art research results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Study and evaluate the latest state-of-the-art algorithms in perception, planning, and control,
• Propose and implement flexible and efficient multi-task architectures,
• Design and manage a robust ML-ops pipeline: data handling, model training, evaluation, reporting,
• Develop proof-of-concepts to validate real-world impact and inspire adoption,
• Collaborate with the team to integrate algorithms into both simulation and real-world environments.

Your Profile:

• Solid background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (designing, training, tuning, deploying neural networks)
• Proficiency in Python, and ideally C++ (optional)
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Git
• Cloud computing knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
• Respectful, open to feedback, and collaborative
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clear communicator, able to explain results effectively
