You’ll be at the heart of a cross-functional initiative that’s reshaping how products are built and delivered — working alongside product managers, engineers, and other coaches to elevate delivery performance and customer value.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Embed agile ways of working across product and engineering teams
• Coach on product strategy, outcome-driven prioritisation, and experimentation
• Support teams in crafting clear product visions and customer-centric roadmaps
• Promote a pragmatic, data-driven, iterative delivery mindset
• Help align product goals with technical execution
• Advocate for best practices in modern software delivery (CI/CD, testing, release)

• Proven experience applying Agile in dynamic, product-driven environments
• Solid grasp of product management principles and agile frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities
• Comfortable stepping into fast-paced, complex team environments
• Experience in operational or logistics-focused domains is a plus
