To strengthen its headquarters team in Anderlecht, we are currently seeking a talented Regulatory Affairs Officer to support its compliance and regulatory strategy globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement regulatory strategies across markets to ensure product compliance.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on the product portfolio.
• Prepare and manage technical dossiers, coordinating data collection with R&D and quality teams.
• Act as the main contact point for regulatory authorities, including participation in audits and inspections.
• Support commercial and technical teams with clear, practical guidance on regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Solid experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the food or ingredients industry.
• In-depth knowledge of European and FDA regulatory frameworks; additional international knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured working style and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
