Sales Assistant - French Market

Your Role

As a key link between the Belgian headquarters and the French subsidiaries, you ensure smooth communication and provide reliable administrative support. You are the go-to contact for colleagues in the French teams.

• You handle incoming requests, propose solutions, and work closely with the Production, Transport, and French Account Management teams.
• You follow up on commercial files and orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Your Profile

• You are a natural communicator with a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
• You are good at prioritizing tasks and staying flexible in a dynamic environment.
• You have strong administrative skills and are detail-oriented.
• You are fluent in French, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in a professional Francophone context.
• You hold a bachelor's degree or can demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP is a definite plus!
