Senior User Experience Designer

I am currently recruiting for a freelance senior UX designer to join my client in the Brussels area on a long-term basis.

You will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on the UX of software products, from Research, to Concept Design to Prototyping and Testing.

The Role

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design consistency and alignment.
• Advocate for best UX practices and maintain design standards across digital platforms.
• Collaborate on and contribute to our evolving design system.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years UX experience
• Experience working in complex software environments
• Able to navigate stakeholders
• Proven knowledge of UX Research, Concept Design, Design Thinking, Prototyping/Wireframing, Testing
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of UI design is a plus
