NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to:
- strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
- contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
- improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
- inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Key Expert: Project Manager (Cat. I)
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in project management, business/public administration, finance, economics, international relations or related field;
- – OR 5 years of additional relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in English and the EU EOM working language (C1).
- Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.
General Experience:
- Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in management of large-scale international operations.
Specific Experience:
- Experience in difficult logistical/security environments.
- Team and budget management in international settings.
- Election observation experience, especially logistics coordination.
