💼 About the Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical contact for customers and sales teams across the Benelux region. You’ll provide expert support on a diverse product portfolio, deliver training, and help drive customer satisfaction through hands-on problem-solving.


🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits.
  • Deliver fast, effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Conduct technical product training and contribute to course development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Test new products, firmware, and software updates.
  • Advise on product suitability based on customer needs.
  • Create and translate technical documentation.
  • Support product implementation and represent the team at industry events.


🎓 What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical diploma (electronics, electricity, electromechanics, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of commercial fire detection systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual in French and Dutch preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
