Nexeo is currently looking for a Commercieel Medewerker for one of the leading financial institutions in Belgium.

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (written and spoken), basic English
• Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness
• Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Your Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients in the branch
• Handle servicing appointments and proactively schedule client meetings
• Detect commercial opportunities and provide personalized advice
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Guide customers in using digital banking tools
• Ensure smooth follow-up and client satisfaction
