Wat zal je doen?

Na een grondige opleiding in aseptisch werken en GMP-procedures, maak je deel uit van het dynamische Operations Team.

Samen met je collega's en teamleiders ondersteun je het dagelijkse, manuele en aseptische productieproces, volgens strikt gedefinieerde handelingen en standaardprocedures.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Uitvoeren van productiestappen in gecontroleerde omgevingen (grade A/B/C/D)
• Spiken van producten
• Mediawissel (media refresh)
• Celkweek (cell culture)
• Invriezen van product (freezing)
• Beheer van apparatuur: controles, onderhoud en nauwkeurige reiniging/desinfectie
• Ondersteuning bieden bij de overdracht tussen productiezones
• Meewerken aan een tijdige en kwaliteitsvolle aflevering van therapieën aan patiënten

What will you do?

Your journey begins with extensive training, where we immerse you in the world of aseptic (germ-free) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures:

• Daily aseptic and manual production processes
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) Spiking
• Media refreshing
• Cell culture
• Freezing therapeutic products
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

Wie zoeken we?

• Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en passie voor de gezondheidssector.

• Nauwkeurigheid en bereidheid om in een aseptische omgeving te werken met steriele kledij.
• Een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (volledige opleiding wordt voorzien).
• Bereidheid om te werken in 4dagen systeem
• Aangezien we nog niet kunnen voorspellen waar in het proces je zal terechtkomen moet je bereid zijn te kunnen werken afwisselend in volgende shiften:6 AM to 4 PM, 7 AM to 5 PM, 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 2 AM
• Goede kennis van Engels

Who are we looking for?

• A strong sense of responsibility and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.
• Clear communication with your colleagues and supervisor.
• You love structure and order, are very accurate, and are willing to work in an aseptic environment with appropriate sterile clothing.
• Since we cannot predict exactly where you'll be in the process, you must be comfortable working across all seven of these shifts. 6 AM to 4 PM, 7 AM to 5 PM, 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 2 AM.
• You have an A2 and equivalent bachelor through experience in a lab.

Or you maximum have a bachelor in bio, agro, laboratoriumtechnology,... Where you have been trained with laboratoryskills.

• Your English is more than sufficient - Dutch is a plus.
