An international engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control on a high-tech data centre project in Mons. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, technically advanced build with a strong emphasis on precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you’ll serve as the technical lead for all construction quality matters. You’ll develop and implement the Quality Management Program, ensure alignment with client standards, and drive continuous improvement across all phases of the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Construction Quality Management Program
• Align project quality processes with client standards and documentation
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for contractors on quality requirements
• Review and approve subcontractor quality submissions (Quality Plans, ITPs)
• Lead the Project Benchmark / First-of-Kind initiative
• Chair weekly Quality Meetings and attend construction coordination meetings
• Ensure execution of installation checks, ITP compliance, and documentation uploads to BIM 360
• Manage non-conformance reports and BIM-related quality issues
• Conduct failure investigations and root cause analyses
• Drive Lessons Learned and Lean Construction practices
• Publish weekly Quality Dashboard Reports
• Lead the Clean Build Program and Walkdown procedure implementation
• Ensure all personnel complete Site Quality Induction
