HR Business Partner, Talent & Culture


Your role as HR Business Partner is to provide and deploy a comprehensive HR strategy with a focus on talent and culture, bringing support and guidance to our team and the Partnership, fostering a culture with strong values in alignment with ERTICO’s strategy and goals


Your main responsibilities

  • As member of the Executive Committee (ExCo), work closely with the fellow members of the ExCo and extended leadership team.
  • Act as the People & Culture partner for managers and team members offering guidance and supporting implementation of HR strategies.
  • Foster employee relations and engagement: Lead initiatives that foster positive employee relations, drive engagement, provide counsel on employee relations and conflict resolution (trusted advisor role).
  • Workforce Planning: support managers to ensure adequate profile(s) needsaligning with the business’s growth objectives and ERTICO strategy.
  • Recruitment: Advise on talent recruitment requirements, capabilities, and roles, ensure that recruitment processes align with business needs and processes.
  • Talent and Training management: identify training needs and growth programmes supporting a culture of continuous development and evolution.
  • Onboarding and Employee Integration: Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new team members, aligning with ERTICO’s values and culture, and working with managers to provide effective induction programs.
  • Ensure that all People and Culture practices comply with our Values and rules


Your expertise and knowledge to the role:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in HR are a plus. Specialised master’s in risk management and well-being in the workplace is an asset.
  • Experience in HR functions and especially as HRBP including managing a diverse, multi-country workforce and understanding the cultural nuances of various countries.
  • Experience in People & Culture changes in a multi-generation international environment, experience working as People & Culture developer in European organisation is preferred.
  • Mastering HRIS is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • A strong commitment on confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Organised, efficient, flexible and proactive.
