We are looking for a versatile IT Support Specialist to join our team and work on-site for one of our key clients in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users
- Assist with desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet troubleshooting
- Support users with video conferencing tools and collaboration platforms
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents while tracking them in the system
- Participate in PC setup, configuration, and installation
- Assist with IT equipment logistics when required
- Draft and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with system administrators and database administrators on operational tasks
- Perform application testing and administration when required
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite
- Solid knowledge of mobile platforms, mobile applications, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified
- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge of additional official EU languages may be considered an asset
