Test Production Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics to join our dynamic team.

This role is central to ensuring the functionality and quality of our advanced electronic products. You will be responsible for testing high-complexity systems according to well-defined test plans, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Testing & Validation

• Execute test procedures on complex electronic products according to established test plans and specifications.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and document any hardware and firmware issues discovered during testing.
• Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and performance.
• Ensure test results are accurately recorded and communicated in a timely manner.

2.Test Bench Development & Optimization

• Participate in the design, development, and enhancement of in-house test benches and automated test setups.
• Provide feedback on current testing workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the R&D and software teams to ensure testing tools meet evolving product requirements.
• Assist in developing standardized procedures and documentation for test bench usage and maintenance.

Your skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and embedded systems.
• Experience with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of quality control processes and documentation practices.
