As a key point of contact, you'll engage directly with both B2B and B2C clients, offering prompt and knowledgeable assistance. Whether the inquiry comes via email, phone or other channels, your goal is to deliver solutions in a clear, friendly, and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities:
Acting as the first line of support for both B2B and B2C customers
Troubleshooting
Supporting business clients with onboarding
Collaborating with technical teams for escalations requiring second-line intervention
Keeping detailed records of open support tickets and ensuring timely follow-up
Handling complaints with professionalism and empathy, always looking for a constructive resolution
Proactively suggesting improvements in internal workflows and support tools based on your frontline experience
Sharing customer insights that could contribute to the development and refinement of the product
Beyond just answering queries, you'll be part of a team committed to refining internal processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance) to streamline operations and improve service delivery. You'll also contribute to updating documentation, internal FAQs, and best practices—ensuring knowledge is captured and shared effectively across the support function.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles
Strong grasp of technological installations
Prior experience in customer service is highly appreciated
Familiarity with CRM and support tools
Clear and confident communication skills—both written and spoken
A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Willingness to adapt quickly to changing needs and work collaboratively in a team
Natural curiosity and a proactive approach to learning how systems and services operate
Organised and goal-oriented, with a high level of personal accountability
Fluency in both Dutch and French, and a strong command of English
Flexibility to work on Saturdays in a rotating schedule
