Project Manager CRM Specialist

• Duration: 12 Month contract (Extension Posible)
• Deadline: 23/09/2025
• Daily Rate: 430 Euro per day

What the role is about:

• Manage and support projects that involve CRM platforms and other IT solutions.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (technical teams, business users, management) to make sure everyone is aligned.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and keep track of project progress using tools like MS Project and Excel.
• Understand the technical side (software development, architecture, AWS, ITSM) well enough to follow discussions and guide decisions.
• Maintain documentation, report on progress, and ensure issues are escalated/resolved.
• Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, making sure their needs are understood and met.

Key skills needed:

• Knowledge of CRM practices and tools.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Good at reporting, problem solving, and independent work.
• Nice-to-have: AWS and IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge.
