🎯 Your Role as a Senior Procurement Consultant

As a Senior Procurement Consultant, you will take ownership of strategic procurement initiatives and guide clients through complex challenges.

You will play a key role in defining and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies while mentoring junior consultants and sharing your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering procurement strategies and sourcing plans.
• Leading end-to-end RFx processes (from preparation to negotiation and contract award).
• Driving Supplier Relationship Management and fostering strong partnerships.
• Managing internal stakeholders and aligning procurement goals with business objectives.
• Sharing expertise, applying best practices, and contributing to knowledge development within Kronos.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• 3 to 15 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Expertise in best-in-class procurement processes and proven success in complex environments.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ivalua).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
