  • Plan and manage participation in global conferences, trade shows, and scientific events.
  • Define event objectives, messaging, booth setup, and lead capture workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with broader commercial and scientific engagement strategies.

CRM & Marketing Analytics

  • Oversee CRM hygiene and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs (MQL criteria, campaign ROI, engagement metrics).
  • Provide regular reporting to the CCO and leadership team on marketing impact.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Select, manage, and evaluate external marketing agencies, vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with brand and business priorities.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor deliverables.

Budget Management

  • Own and track marketing budget allocation across campaigns, events, digital activities, and agency partnerships.
  • Ensure budget efficiency and measurable ROI from all investments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the marketing liaison for Business Development, Project Management, Technical, and Quality teams.
  • Co-develop campaigns and messaging with subject-matter experts.
  • Align marketing with BD priorities for CRISPR licensing, partnerships, and collaborations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the Marketing Associate/Coordinator.
  • Provide training in campaign execution, CRM systems, and scientific content creation.
  • Build a results-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented commercial team culture.

Qualifications
