R&D Digital Design Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Digital IC Hardware Engineer, with expertise in Digital IC hardware design and verification, to join our Client’s Personal R&D team. This team is at the forefront of developing application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) that power innovative solutions in the context of IoT applications.

Responsibilities

• Own digital block design from specification to production
• Optimize silicon area, power, and performance targets
• Support verification, validation, physical design, analog, and firmware teams
• Define and implement verification strategies and test cases
• Use System Verilog, Python, assertions for coverage and efficiency
• Participate in peer reviews, design reviews, and root-cause analysis
• Deliver high-quality, silicon-proven designs under tight schedules

Profile

• Master’s degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of digital IC/block design experience
• Proven track record in delivering working silicon for high-volume products
• Strong knowledge of low-power design techniques
• Proficient in VHDL, System Verilog; Python is an asset
• Familiarity with Cadence EDA tools, Synopsys Spyglass
• Strong debugging and analytical skills (design & silicon)
• Team player with excellent communication skills in international environments
• Fluent in English; hands-on and practical with solid electrical knowledge
