For our Cainiao Belgium and EU-wide trucking operations, we are looking for a QA Manager to oversee and streamline our delivery procedures and performance in order to better serve our clients. This is a key function within the team, where the QA Manager must liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as the management team to ensure the highest possible quality standards. The role also requires a high level of strategic thinking, as quality and performance are critical elements of our future strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track operational performance (on-time arrival & departure, customs inspections, and data completeness).
- Organize daily and weekly meetings to review and improve current performance.
- Report to clients, providing pre-alerts on risks and updates on performance progress.
- Prepare performance reports for the upper management team.
- Develop QA and station strategies, including performance improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to influence internal teams to achieve quality targets, supported by data and facts.
- Strong skills in presenting data and findings in a systematic and structured way.
- Capability to develop strategic plans based on insights from daily operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with high EQ, as the role is partially client-facing.
- Proficiency in both French and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
