Marketing Manager

To support the Marketing functions of the Belgian branch of a global captive bank, we are looking for dynamic and motivated team member with relevant and hands-on experience.

You will oversee branding, product development, new vehicles launches, retail and fleet initiatives.

More concretely this means:

• In conjunction with the Marketing Department of the car distributor, develop and produce new vehicle product initiatives aimed at supporting vehicle sales and increasing finance sales.
• Promote and lead product development for both retail and fleet to create the atmosphere of a proactive approach to sales that can lead or react to market changes
• Responsibility for relationships with insurance partners and development of insurance products.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the car distributor; and various field teams to deliver a effective finance product proposition
• Develop value proposition message to support subsequent new strategy.
• Deliver a full range of marketing services to support the sales team and Belgium business.
• Be involved in policy formulation and implementation within the business stream and liaise closely with other members of the senior management team.
• Develop and implement CRM strategy and initiatives.
• Represent the captive bank and actively participate in Marketing Committees and meetings as required.
• Maintain close links with field force and develop environment for marketing forums.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with Directors and Senior Management within the car distributor.
• Promotion and implementation of continuous improvements.
• Any other appropriate duties as required by line manager.

Your profile:

Education:

Degree in Management / Marketing

Experience:

- You have minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing.

- You are a strategic thinker, a fast learner, autonomous and enjoy being in fast-paced, fast-changing environment

- You dispose of strong analytical skills, always fact & data driven in your recommendations

- You have good project management and coordination skills and have experience in managing multiple internal & external stakeholders.

- You have an agile thinking and enjoy tackling new problems

- Organized, structured mind and good presentation and communication skills

- Good time management – able to work under pressure and dedicated to meet variable deadlines

- Positive attitude to resolve problems with a “Customer First” spirit

- Can work autonomously

- Excellent team player and collaboration skills

- Result driven and performance mindset

- Motivated and persevering.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)

Language:

Fluent in French and/or Dutch, English.
