Consolidation Reporting Manager

As a Consolidation & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating financial data from different entities within our organization. You ensure accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will manage a team of accounting professionals, coach them and make sure the accounting runs smooth and effective.

In this position, you will report to the CFO of Ekopak Group.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate financial data from different business units.
• Preparation of accurate and timely reports:
• Monthly reporting to the Board of Directors
• (Semi-)annual reporting on markets
• Coordinate and lead the reporting process, including data collection and validation.
• Coordination and preparation of the budget and follow-up of the business plan.
• Analyze financial results and trends to provide insights to management.
• Leading a team of accountants .
• Make sure the accounting (over the various group entitities) is done accurately and smoothly.
• You will as well be the Ekopak IFRS specialist.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, stress resistant
• Experienced leader and manager
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
