Position Summary

We are seeking a Regional Service Coordinator who will be handling customer and engineer planning arrangements, performing administrative tasks in the Customer Care Centre (CCC), and serving as the first point of contact for customer calls. In addition, the role supports the Regional Service Organization with specific assignments or projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm onsite visits with customers according to planning.
• Perform administrative tasks such as office supply orders and expense approvals.
• Follow up on parts processes: shipment, invoicing, delivery tracking.
• Monitor the AVT EMEA inbox and open service calls in the system.
• Provide support to the Field Operation Manager.
• Act as the gatekeeper for travel cost control and compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external interfaces: Field Service Engineers, Sales team, Headquarters, Customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in three languages: English, Dutch, French. Other European languages is a plus.
• Customer service orientation. Previous experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
