Role Overview:
The Customer Service Technician will provide technical support and on-site assistance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and solutions. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, maintenance, and client training, with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to client technical issues and providing preventive support.
- Conducting diagnostics and identifying cost-effective technical solutions.
- Preparing and organizing tools, staff, and materials for site interventions.
- Performing maintenance, installation, and equipment optimization tasks.
- Delivering client training and technical recommendations.
- Supporting the development and adjustment of new product solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, industrial technology, or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in equipment assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Ability to create detailed technical reports and recommendations.
- Knowledge of safety standards and mobile worksite organization.
- Advanced proficiency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and provide on-call support.
