Production Supervisor

Our client a dynamic, leading company specializing in 3D printing is seeking an ideas driven Production Supervisor to join their team in Leuven.

This is a strategic role where you will lead and coordinate activities within the Additive Manufacturing (AM) and Machining departments fostering a culture of quality, innovation and continuous improvement. You ensure all production orders are completed smoothly, safely, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

You act as the central point in the daily operations:

• Organizing and streamlining workflows
• Safeguarding planning, quality, and safety
• Driving excellence in the printing and finishing of industrial and medical parts
• Beyond operations, you create a culture of continuous improvement.
• You coach, motivate, and develop your team through feedback and growth conversations,
• You identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical actions with real impact.
• Collaboration is key: you work closely with Quality, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, and Engineering to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• You also ensure that materials and machines are always available to keep production running efficiently.

What You Bring

• A technical background with experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of machines and processes, combined with strong people leadership skills
• The ability to motivate, coach, and connect your team
• A sharp focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
