Job details:

• Lead and inspire a team of private bankers and wealth advisors to reach ambitious commercial and service goals
• Expand and retain a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients through strategic prospecting and partnerships
• Ensure exceptional client service while maintaining compliance with AML/KYC and banking regulations

Key Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with proven team leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, wealth management products, and regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership, commercial drive, and communication skills
