Solution Engineer

Our client is looking for a Solution Engineer to work 2 days per week onsite in Brussels with 3 days per week working remotely. This would be on a B2B contract initially until the end of March 2026 with scope to extend.

Mission:

The Solution Engineer will perform the following tasks in collaboration with the expert from IT & network teams of different client departments:

• Early involvement in business and technical projects to stress the need of adequate monitoring and produce the monitoring requirements

• Analyse the technical specification of these projects, define the best monitoring option, produce the design and implement it.

• Translate infrastructure/network events into service and customer impact views

• Manage, configure and integrate observability platforms

Requirements specific to this position:

• We are looking for experience with LiveSP/Live Action

• Able to:

o Assure the vendor and product management

o Understand network performance reporting

o Understand QoS concepts and protocols

o Bring technical expertise to improve current deployment

• SDWAN technologies knowledge is a plus

• Python/PERL experience is mandatory.
