Product Owner HR


Responsibilities

  • Build and communicate the product’s big picture and roadmap to the development team
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications following Scrum / Agile methodology
  • Define iteration plans and set priorities to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
  • Continuously manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business needs
  • Align stakeholders and ensure shared understanding of product goals
  • Lead priority management and ensure product consistency and quality
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.)
  • Act as decision-maker or arbitrator on delivered functionalities
  • Oversee live adjustments to the Sprint Backlog and monitor progress


Technical / Business Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
  • Solid project management experience
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (preferable)
  • Understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) (preferable)

  • Strategic thinking and ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view)
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
