Commercial Advisor

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Commercial Advisor to join the branch network of a leading financial institution in Belgium.

This mission focuses on delivering excellent client service at the branch, supporting customers with both daily banking needs and proactive commercial detection. You will play a key role in welcoming clients, guiding them through digital solutions, handling appointments, and contributing to the commercial development of the office.

Your mission

As a Commercial Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the branch. You will ensure a warm welcome, assist them with their requests, and detect potential commercial opportunities. You will also manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule client appointments, and provide support with digital tools to improve the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional and warm welcome to clients at the branch.
• Handle servicing appointments and deliver excellent customer support.
• Detect commercial opportunities and proactively propose relevant solutions.
• Manage inbound calls and make proactive outbound calls to schedule client meetings.
• Guide clients in the use of digital banking tools and services.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of customer appointments.

Your profile

Education & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or commercial role.
