Tech Coordinator – D365 Platform

Location: Flexible (occasional workshops/events in Liège, Belgium)

Language: English (French a strong plus)

Experience: 3+ years

We are seeking a Tech Coordinator to support our Dynamics 365 Center of Competence (CoC) in delivering high-quality solutions across the Dynamics 365 ERP platform and related integrations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled professional to work closely with the Technical Architect, contribute to team coordination, and grow into a leadership role through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Role Summary

• Support the D365 CoC technical team in delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 F&O and connected services.
• Assist the Technical Architect and Lead with technical operations, new implementations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate a small team of 2–4 technical specialists, managing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align on requirements and execution.
• Grow into a key leadership role with exposure to architecture-level decision-making.

Skills & Knowledge

• Dynamics 365 F&O with 3+ years of experience.
• X++ development, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics for data and analytics solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing deliverables, priorities, and conflicts across small technical teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a technical leadership role.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
