Infrastructure Project Manager

*Freelance* IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Brussels

A client of Koda Staff's is actively looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver critical infrastructure initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to drive projects to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (data center, cloud migration, networking, storage, workplace, security).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, governance, and security standards.
• Facilitate change management and smooth handover to operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager (5+ years in similar roles).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: networking, cloud (Azure/AWS), data center, servers, storage, workplace, and IT security.
• Solid experience in vendor management and working in multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMI, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
