We're currently recruiting an Electrical Engineering Lead to oversee a hyperscale data center project in Belgium. If you have a passion for leading teams and a strong background in electrical engineering, this is a great fit.

Your daily tasks will involve:

• Managing the entire electrical engineering function for the project.
• Providing weekly reports to the Project Director and the client.
• Ensuring technical compliance and accurate handover information.
• Reviewing and issuing Technical Submittals and RFIs.
• Leading a team of electrical engineers and package managers.
• Communicating technical issues and monitoring engineering progress.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in a similar engineering leadership role within the construction industry.
• Experience with hyperscale data centres is highly preferred.
• Previous experience leading a team.

For candidates living outside of Belgium, the position will be offered on a rotational basis
