Are you a driven Business Analyst Expert with a passion for the cards and payments industry? In this challenging role, you will be the key link between business needs and IT solutions, directly contributing to the development and improvement of our client's services.

Your Tasks

• Identify business needs, market trends, and competitive insights to propose product and service improvements.
• Analyze and evaluate change requests, defining business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary interface with stakeholders to bridge business needs with IT capabilities.
• Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (both business and IT).
• Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Your Profile

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory Business expertise in cards issuing and cards transactions.
• Knowledge of the Belgian banking industry (players, trends, etc.).
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link to IT.
• Proven business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of cards issuing and cards transactions is a strong plus.
• Experience with process design or process re-engineering is a plus.
• Experience with BI (data queries, reporting) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory. Good spoken communication skills in Dutch and French are also required.
• Able to communicate with senior management.
• You have an analytical and critical mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are a structured, quality-minded, and goal-oriented individual with an eye for detail.
• You are able to work independently, are open to change, and are a true team player with a 'can-do' mentality.
