h2Key responsibilities /h2 ul liAudit the existing boards and propose a configuration based on a standard model /li liDefine common guidelines and secure team buy-in /li liImplement and automate KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparisons, etc.) /li liTrain and coach teams on using and interpreting reports /li liDrive change management and assess the migration of existing data /li /ul Expected deliverables:br/ ul liDocumented new board model /li liUser guides and training materials /li liReady-to-use KPI dashboards /li liValidated migration plan and deployment schedule /li /ul br/ h2Skills requirements /h2 ul liAzure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO, or equivalent) /li liProven experience in coaching, training, and change management /li liStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps reporting (Analytics Views, Power BI) /li liAbility to simplify complex topics and bring together multidisciplinary teams /li liExcellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN) /li /ul
