Medior Salesforce Consultant (freelance)

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Consultant with around 4 years of experience in CRM and digital transformation projects. You will work with a variety of clients on their journey to modernize and optimize customer-facing processes, helping them translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership of workstreams, grow their expertise, and contribute to impactful digital initiatives.

Project information:

Duration: 6 months to begin with

Working style: Hybrid - 1-2 days on site

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Participate in all phases of Salesforce projects: analysis, blueprint design, configuration, implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Translate business objectives and sales strategies into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate your own workstream and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Support the preparation of proposals and business development activities.
• Work in an Agile setup, participating in ceremonies and adapting to evolving priorities.

Your profile:

• 3-4 years of experience with Salesforce in a functional or technical role.
• Good understanding of CRM processes and customer engagement trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with openness to collaborate in diverse, international environments.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Experience with other CRM platforms (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) is a plus.
