Position: Administration and Sales Officer
Location: On-site, Overijse (Belgium)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Officer to join our friendly team full-time. This is a key position combining administrative coordination, customer interaction, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Generate and nurture leads to drive sales growth.
- Organize and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the reception and handover of vehicles, including CMR transport documentation.
- Review and manage internal vehicle documentation prior to sale.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven abilities in lead generation and sales operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages (such as Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German,...) is highly desirable.
