We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join a team of highly skilled agile consultants, driving transformation initiatives that touch the lives of millions of EU citizens.

Your Role

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Apply strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles to guide project strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse environments.
• Drive alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure overall project success.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who brings both leadership and technical expertise:

• Experience: 12+ years in project management with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of threat/risk/vulnerability management and incident response.
• Frameworks & Methodologies: Familiar with security standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and project delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall).
• Tools: Skilled in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.
• IT Knowledge: Good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Certifications: PMP (or equivalent) required; CISSP or other cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
• Languages: Excellent English and French (B2+).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
