Role and responsibilities:

•Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical/biotech industry standards and compliance.

•Manage and troubleshoot issues related to S/4HANA MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) interfaces.

•Collaborate directly with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.

•Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions that address business needs while ensuring seamless integration across modules.

•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), Security, and ABAP developers to deliver integrated and automated processes.

•Support SAP EWM integrated solutions specifically focused on manufacturing operations to optimize warehouse and manufacturing workflows.

•Provide functional expertise in resolving system issues and driving continuous improvements in SAP processes
