What you will do

We are looking for a trilingual person (French-Dutch-English), meticulous, autonomous and customer-oriented professional to join the BeNeLux-France team.

You will play a key role in the efficiency of online auctions and the satisfaction of our customers.

This role combines back-office and customer service responsibilities, covering the entire auction sales lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting the customer in preparing all paperwork and dossier files
• Preparation and scheduling of auctions
• Monitoring the sales lifecycle (preparation, publication, closing)
• Supporting customers (buyers and sellers) during and after the transaction
• Managing documentation (invoicing, ownership transfers, export procedures)
• Resolving operational issues related to sales and deliveries

Profile we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or operations, ideally in a vehicle import/export environment
• Strong digital skills, especially with tools like HubSpot/CRM and MS Office; Trello is a plus
• Attention to detail, autonomy and reliability
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French, Dutch and English
• Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
