Senior Service Designer / Adobe Configurator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer with expertise in Adobe Campaign configuration to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping customer journeys, setting up technical configurations, and guiding research-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Adobe Configurator role:
• Responsible for the technical setup of customer target groups that receive our communications within the customer journey.
• Ensure smooth integration of Adobe Campaign in customer communication strategies.
• Service Design & Research:
• Support project teams in determining the right mix of customer research to involve customers in an objective way.
• Deepen the knowledge of the Service Design team with your UX research expertise.
• Further develop customer research practices and ensure their implementation across the organization.
• Guide UX and policy staff in conducting interviews, surveys, U-labs, and data research.
• Create and manage user research plans for multiple teams.
• Support policy makers to detect the real customer needs.
• Promote and evangelize a data-driven approach to product development.
• Act as a coach and facilitator to connect different roles, maintaining a helicopter view while being able to zoom in when needed.
