Service engineer

• In this role, you are responsible for the installation and commissioning of various systems at clients worldwide.
• This includes both technical and application support to ensure smooth operation of the systems for clients.
• You perform service assignments for clients both domestically and internationally.
• Additionally, you provide support by phone.
• In collaboration with the sales department, you conduct demonstrations on the machines for potential clients, either on-site at the client's location or in the demo center.
• Between interventions, you support the testing and R&D departments.

• Technical background, preferably in electromechanics or a similar field.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Team player and communicative.
