h2Description /h2 ul liWe are looking for an Functional Analyst to join our broker front team. /li liYou will work on front related topics within our transformation roadmap. /li liYou will assist to develop the solution definition in order to arrive at a high-quality E2E IT solution to be able to create an excellent user experience for brokers and partners. /li liYou should have relevant experience as a Functional Analyst within insurance context and hold a strong focus on user experience (UX), translating user needs into intuitive and effective solutions. /li /ul br/ h2Tasks /h2 ul liYou are responsible for the analysis documentation within the product team of broker front. /li liYou start from business analysis, architectural vision and imposed standards to define the correct functional and non-functional requirements. /li liYou will participate in workshops with important stakeholders for the collection of requirements. /li liYou model the agreed processes and describe the needs in a way that is understandable and unambiguous for both business, technical analysts, design team and offshore Back-Office team by, among other things, using use cases and structured documentation. /li liYou ensure the necessary coordination with knowledge transfer between all parties involved, both within business and IT. /li liYou and your colleagues ensure that the design guidelines are followed and kept up to date. /li liYou participate in projects to contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT solutions within the set scope, time and budget. /li liYou can easily collaborate with external parties, both onsite and offshore. /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liPlan-based, independent and result-oriented /li liStrong analysis skills, accurate and problem-solving /li liCommunicative and a real team player. /li liCustomer focus is very important to you /li liA hands-on mentality /li liAble to handle change and flexibility in project requirements and priorities /li liResilient under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments /li liYou have a very good knowledge - both orally and in writing - of Dutch and English. /li /ul br/ h2Experience /h2 ul liExperience with functional analysis in larger insurance organizations, preferably non-life /li liExperience with analysis and modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML techniques, including use cases, is a plus /li liMedior to senior (5+ years of relevant experience) /li liWilling to learn designer tools (Enterprise Architect, Adonis...) and make them your own /li liFamiliarity with Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. /li liRelevant Microsoft Azure certification (f.e. AZ900 - Azure Fundamentals) /li /ul
