Our client is seeking a Life Insurance Business Analyst within the Life Insurance divisionbr/ to join the “Business Change Monitoring” team to support the portfoliobr/ migration project or commercial developments projects. This team of 10 peoplebr/ specialized in individual and collective life insurance consists of 3 types of functions:br/ Actuaries, Business Analysts, and testers.br/ br/ h2Job requirements /h2 br/ Based on your profile, the project aims to migrate individual life insurance policiesbr/ ul liAnalysis ul liAnalyse product and process differences of source system vs target in the context of life insurance policies migration /li liDefine associated requirements and formalize them according to defined quality standards /li liIdentify the process impacts of the migration of individual life insurance policies /li liEnsure understanding between the business and IT /li /ul /li liTesting: Prepare and execute process and calculation tests /li liMonitoring ul liAct as an intermediary between business and IT teams /li liProvide regular reporting on the progress of your activities /li /ul /li /ul br/ h2MUST have /h2 ul liknowledge in “classique” products /li liKnowledge in life insurance migrations /li liProven successful experience as a Business Analyst /li liStrong commitment to project quality and deadlines. A “can-do” attitude and flexibility /li liAutonomous and proactive in finding solutions to obtain necessary information /li liUniversity degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience) /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector /li liFamiliar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology /li liProficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus /li liStructured, organized (good priority management), and pragmatic /li liStrong adaptability and learning ability /li liDetail-oriented while capable of finding the effective level of abstraction based on context /li liEffective communication with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.) /li liClient and results-oriented /li /ul
