Business Development
- Build and execute strategies to leverage market opportunities
- Identify targets and prospect new clients
- Understand the technical, business, and human challenges of client projects
- Shape the best answers (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time
- Negotiate and close deals
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
Recruitment
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top experts
- Source, interview, evaluate, and hire consultants aligned with Movify’s strategy
- Build your network of qualified experts, ready to start a new mission
People
- Ensure people management and follow-up your consultants
- Support consultants in their career growth and development
- Follow-up your active projects on a frequent basis
🤓 Skills & qualifications
- 3–5 years of successful business development experience
- Strong sales DNA: driven by results, resilient, and persuasive
- You have a keen interest for the digital world and its expertise
- Bonus point: you have experience in data & AI consulting services
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Perfect command of Dutch and/or French with excellent English
- You are a doer : you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and make things happen
- You are reliable, organized, and have a proactive mindset
