💶 Salary: €3000-4500/ month gross + bonuses

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join a growing, international team delivering sustainable solutions across Europe.

This is a hybrid role (no travel), perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, admin-heavy sales environment and enjoys working closely with customers while supporting the wider commercial team. You’ll handle client accounts, manage incoming inquiries, follow up on quotes and contracts, and look for new business opportunities within your base.

🌍 About the Role:

The company provides sustainable, reusable plastic load carriers—such as pallets and foldable containers—to B2B customers across Europe. Assets are delivered, collected after use, cleaned, and sent back into circulation. It’s a fast-growing business at the heart of circular supply chain logistics.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Be the key contact for a portfolio of B2B clients
• Follow up on incoming inquiries and prepare quotes
• Manage contracts and ensure profitability
• Maintain accurate CRM and administrative data
• Work with Key Account Managers, Operations, and Customer Service
• Identify growth opportunities with new and existing customers

✅ Your Profile:

• First experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
• Commercially driven with strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset; confident working with numbers
• Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Proactive, team-oriented, and service-minded
