📌 The Role: Head of Finance

📍 Location: Antwerp region (HQ) – global scope

🧭 Reports to: Group CFO & Managing Director

🌐 Team: +25 professionals across the world

As Head of Finance, you’ll be both a people manager and a business partner: empowering your team, driving financial excellence, and acting as a trusted challenger within the MT.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing?

• Lead and inspire your international finance team — helping people step up and grow.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, treasury, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles with accuracy and insight.
• Act as a sparring partner to the MT and senior leadership — challenging and shaping strategy.
• Ensure compliance frameworks are in place.
• Optimize structures, processes, and systems (ERP).

🧬 Who You Are?

• A seasoned finance leader with 10+ years’ experience in an international environment (manufacturing or audit background is a plus).
• A people-focused manager who develops, coaches, and inspires.
• A strong communicator who builds trust and challenges constructively.
• Experienced in IFRS/GAAP, tax, compliance, and internal controls.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
