Tech Lead Software Modernization

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take a central role in software modernization and guide teams through a major technical transformation.

As Tech Lead, you’ll be the bridge between architecture and development, translating solution designs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution with both internal and external partners.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams
• Define and drive technology implementation strategies
• Support architects & product owners with roadmap development
• Promote technical standards & best practices
• Safeguard quality (security, scalability, maintainability, etc.)
• Reduce technical debt & improve code quality
• Drive cloud adoption & AI integration
• Design software blueprints and skeletons
• Optimize delivery, patching, and release processes
• Organize inspirational sessions & trainings
• Assist analysts in translating requirements into technical designs
• Review & approve partner deliverables
• Coach teams & conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with offshore teams

🎯 Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
• At least 5 years in technical leadership, solution design, or enterprise development
• Strong background in full-stack development & public cloud environments
• Solid knowledge of AI, CI/CD, databases & security
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical topics into business value
• Proven leadership & mentoring abilities
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Tech-agnostic mindset with curiosity for new technologies
