Being a relatively small organization, you will be directly coach by the company CEO with direct reporting to him.br/ Business development manager is a key and diversified role with 2 mains activitiesbr/ ul liSales Development /li liPeople Recruitment /li /ul br/ h2Your responsabilities /h2 br/ As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, Sales development and recruiting. Business Development Manager key indicators' are prospection KPIs, lead revenue generation.br/ ul liSales Development: ul liIdentification of potential target /li liPitch contact in an Omnichannel approach /li liGet recruitment requests /li liIdentify hook right candidates to answer lead requests /li liClose /li /ul /li liPeople Recruitment: ul liScreen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral /li liCall potential candidates to assess suitability for roles /li liMake interviews and selection /li liClose the hiring /li liCommunicate and report on activity regularly at all levels /li liUpdate the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates /li /ul /li /ul br/ h2Profile /h2 ul liBusiness Development mind-set /li liNew Sales behavior /li liKnowledge in IT, Telecoms Technology sectors /li liReady to join a start-up and be able to work on autonomous base /li liGood listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active /li liInterpersonal Sales communication skill /li liIndependent autonomous /li liGraduate with a Master degree / Bachelor in Business or Engineering /li liFluent in English, French /li liDutch is a plus /li /ul br/ h2Our offer /h2 ul liWorking location: ul liCoworking office, Avenue Louise 523 /li liHome-office /li /ul /li liPackage: ul liEntry level salary /li liBenefits (lunch tickets, DKV, allowance, GSM...) /li liCompany Car / Company bike /li liBonus /li /ul /li /ul
